Here's the catch. There isn't one.

Every other "recommendation" service in this market has the same quiet problem: the vendors pay them. Suppliers pay to be recommended, so the advice bends toward whoever pays most, not whoever's best for you. You're not the customer. You're the product being sold to.

We take zero commission from vendors. Ever. You pay us, and only you. No vendor pays us to be on your shortlist, to rank higher, or to be recommended. That's not a promise we're asking you to trust — it's the whole design. Our only way to earn your money again, or your referral, is to find you the option that's actually right.

One master. You. Because vendors don't pay us, we have no reason to steer you anywhere except toward the best fit. If the honest answer is "do it yourself," we'll tell you that too.

Who's behind Mnemoza

Mnemoza is the two of us — Pavel and Adriana, based in Sofia. There's no call center and no outsourcing: when you send a request, one of us picks it up personally.

Pavel — Co-founder — research & reports. Software engineer by trade. Pavel built the platform and runs the research side: finding the candidates, verifying what can be verified, and writing the report you actually receive.

Adriana — Co-founder — outreach & vetting. Adriana runs the conversations: the phone calls, the follow-ups, and the qualifying questions in Bulgarian — until a list of names becomes a shortlist we'd stand behind.

We both speak Bulgarian and English, we answer our own email, and if we can't help with a request, you'll hear it from us before you've paid anything.

What if you can't find good options?

Then we tell you — before you've paid for a report. That's what the free assessment is for. If the market for your request is thin or the honest move is to do it yourself, you'll hear that from us, not a shortlist padded out to look busy.

Do vendors pay you? Do you take a commission?

No, and never. Vendors don't pay us to be listed, ranked, or recommended — not a cent. You pay us, so the only outcome we're working toward is finding you the right option. Every service in this market that's paid by suppliers has a reason to steer you. We removed that reason on purpose.

What if I'm not happy with the report?

Tell us what's missing or unclear and we'll fix it — an unreadable report helps no one. The specific revision terms are set out plainly in our Terms, with no surprises.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many vendors are involved and how responsive they are, but you'll get a realistic timeline with your assessment before any work starts. The point is that we spend the weeks of chasing, not you.

Do you guarantee the vendor's work?

No — and we're precise about why. Our job is research, outreach, qualifying, comparison, and a clear recommendation. The final choice, the contract, and the working relationship are yours. We can't guarantee how a third party performs, and any service that claims it can isn't being straight with you.

Do I need to speak Bulgarian?

No. That's the entire point. You deal with us in English; we handle the Bulgarian phone calls and emails on your behalf.

How do you handle my personal data?

We only collect what a request actually needs, and we're GDPR-compliant. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

What areas do you cover?

Sofia primarily, plus Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas and other cities where the request can be handled by phone, email, and research. If something genuinely needs someone physically on-site, we'll tell you upfront what's possible.
